but not insurance. While Netbro always post with Australian Post
or Australian air Express (AaE) and both are reputable companies,

Returned Goods Policy
The customer should inspect the goods within 3 working days of
delivery, and contact Netbro within 7 days of delivery, if any of the
goods is found to be defective. Netbro will then provide an RMA
(Returned Merchandise Authorization) number for the customer to return
the goods within the next 5 days.
Netbro does not cover faults caused by: accident, misuse, acts of
third parties, environmental conditions, neglect, improper
installation, improper maintenance or other causes beyond the control
of Netbro. These conditions and more details are specified in Trading
Terms.
For change of mind or unable to get the goods to work, a refund or
exchange will be given within 14 days from invoice date. In case of
refund a 10% restocking fee will apply. For such return or exchange,
the goods must be in re-saleable condition, and any missing or damaged
parts will be charged according to their value deemed by Netbro.
Shipping
We always try to dispatch the goods within 24 hours of funds clearing,
so that they should arrive within 3 days in most cases.
