has original plastic hair
covered with a wig
has some sort of battery opperated device at the back of the doll
but dont know much about them
dimensions:25cm in width and 55cm in height

This vintage composition doll was probably made in the 1950’s. She
is composition with painted eyes, painted socks and shoes. Her hair is
strands of black cotton whether it is original or not I do not know.
Her entire body has some sort of crazing on it (please see photo). The
back of her arms looks like it was roughly made or may be
damaged(please see photo). She has J A on the back of her body. A nice
little collectable piece.

LARGE UNUSUAL FACED CELLULOID GIRL PAINTED EYES AND FEATURES
This is a beautiful near mint condition Large Celluloid doll. She is
jointed at the head, arms and legs. She is in wonderful condition,
Still retains her original painted eyes eyebrows and lips. Dressed in
hand made lilac printed cotton dress ( to match her eyes! ) and a soft
voile type apron overlay.The only fault being with her is a small 1/2
inch split at the top part on the back of her left leg but her pants
cover this and you have to look to find it! A nice and different doll
for your celluloid collection. Marks : There is a moulded triangle on
the top of her back torso, but I cannot make out the letters inside?
All my dolls are in nice clean condition and come from a non smoking
and pet free home! HEIGHT: approx 20 inches
