Auction Rules

Anyone that can not or does not comply with my auction rules PLEASE
don’t bid as I don’t like time wasters. If you can not pay with in
the time stated PLEASE contact me before bidding to arrange payment
within a reasonable time. Any winning bidders not complying with my
rules will have the appropriate action taken against them. This may
sound harsh but I am quite flexible when payments are made as long as
it is arranged prior to bidding/purchasing.
Registered Business
Please be reassured, I am a registered business. My business name is
Temptress Lingerie. My ABN is 38 470 652 148. I will soon have a
catalogue available of all products that I will have for offer. I am
reassessing my product prices to sell wholesale to public. You will
however find all current specials in my ebay shop.
Lay-by Service
==============
I am now able to accept lay-bys. My terms are as follows: Lay-by must
be paid within 8 weeks. 20% deposit up front and regular
weekly/fortnightly payments are required. Goods will not be posted
until full amount has been paid. Deposit is non refundable. A once off
fee of $2 will be charged for this service. That goes towards posting
out a copy of the lay-by receipt each time a fortnightly payment is
received. On completion of lay-by the original receipt will be posted
with item/s. Please do not hesitate to contact me further if required.
Australian Winner
I accept bank deposit via internet or over the counter. This method is
preferred. I also accept money order, personal or bank check. I can
also accept credit card payments through Paymate however a fee is
charged for this service. All items will be posted on clearance of ALL
funds into my bank account.
Postage
(Aust Wide)
Australian winner to pay for all postage costs. I use $4.30 & $7.90
prepaid satchels. If you require insurance please let me know as I
take no responsibility for items once posted. Insurance is only $2.35
extra for piece of mind and covers up to the first $100. Also I have
no control over the length of time taken for delivery. If you require
your package sooner please ask for express post. Sorry No COD.
International Winner
International bidders/ buyers are most welcome. The only payment
method I can offer at this point in time is credit card payments
through Paymate. I do need to charge a fee for this service.
Postage
(International)
International winner to pay for all shipping costs. Contact can be
made prior to placing a bid to obtain postage cost to your
destination. Or postage will be priced after auction close. Insurance
is available to some overseas countries. If you require insurance
please let me know as I take no responsibility for items once posted.
Also I have no control over the length of time taken for delivery.
Packaging of items
I do not charge for packaging if I have it on hand and can reuse. If I
am required to purchase packaging I do however forward that cost on to
the buyer.
Combining of postage
I am happy to combine postage on winnings in a 7 day period. Please
let me know when contact is made if you are bidding or watching any of
my other auctions.
Posting of items
================
Once a confirmation email is sent and payment has been received your
package will USUALLY be posted out the next business day. On the odd
occasion it may be up to 2 days. No Confirmation email, no package. It
is too time consuming to match payment to an unknown source.

I will always leave feedback. I prefer to leave all positive but if
the need arises I will leave neutral or negative. ALL Non Paying
Bidders will be reported and negative feedback will be left.
