Payment:
* Invoices are sent every Friday night as many buyers are still
bidding on other items. If you would like to have the
total/invoice earlier. Please email us. Thank you.
* Payment to be made within 10 days after the first item won.
Otherwise, the item/s will be relisted. The item/s are sent within
24 hours or the next business day once the payment received.
Returns & Refunds:
* All our items are brand new. Items can be returned providing the
items are not scratched or damaged, except some items'
conditions described in the auctions.
* Returns to be made within 15 days from the date the items are
sent. It normally gives buyers 7 days after receiving the items.
* Postage and handling are not refundable. 3% deduction of
applicable refunds will apply for payments made through Paypal.
Australian Bidders:
Postage & Handling Fees:
An order or combined order that is less than AUD$50 will be sent by
regular mail. However, registered mail option is recommended as we
cannot be responsible for any loss or damage of items that are not
insured once the items are sent.
For an order over AUD$50, there is registered mail fee of AUD$2.35
applied.
Postage & Handling cost charged includes postage, envelop, wrapping
material costs and handling fees.
We have 2 postage and handling rates for different items. Please see
the "Postage and Payment Details" section below for this item's
postage and habndling costs.
Regular mail P&H $2.65
Small parcel P&H $5.00
Please note: Australia Post charges parcels at small parcel rate
when parcels are over 2cm. Larger and fragile items are sent as small
parcels.
Combined Invoice
For a combined invoice, the first postage and handling cost is charged
at the highest rate among all the p & h of the winning items and pay
only $1 on p & h for each additional item.
For example, if you win 3 items that have p & h of $5.00, $2.65 and
$5.00, the total p & h is $7.00 for all three items to be paid and
sent together.
Payment Methods:
Please refer to the payment methods below for details. We are happy to
take personal cheques as they are cheaper than money orders. However,
items are sent after cheques clear. It may take up to 3 business days.

International Bidders:
Postage & Handling Fees:
International postage and handling costs are charged at a flat rate of
AUD$12 for the first item and AUD$1 for each additional item.
The rate is for international air mail postage and packing costs, but
does not include insurance.
Insurance is recommended. we cannot be responsible for any loss or
damage of items that are not insured once the items are sent.
For an order over AUD $70, insurance is mandatory.
Please email us to inquire the insurance rate for your country before
bidding.
Insurance may not be available for some countries.

has become necessary as missing and damaged item claims have become an
added cost .....By Private Insurance we do cover at least 90% of
customer loss or damage ...Please consider the Postage,Handling.and
