Fine Bone China Cup and Saucer
Made in England by
ROYAL DOULTON

This gorgeous Royal Doulton "Mint condition" English footed cup and
saucer set are in the Sovereign pattern.
The cup has a gold rim , gold floral swirl design, and the bottom of
the cup has a gold edge as does the handle . Marked on the
bottom reads Crown MADE IN ENGLAND , ENGLISH FINE BONE CHINA
' SOVEREIGN ' and H.4973 DOULTON & CO. LIMITED ( measures
approx. 4" round top x 2 1/2 " high )
The saucer has gold trim around the edge and the same pattern as the
cup with a white centre. It has the same markings as the cup .(
measures approx. 6 1/ 8" round x 3/4" high )
Cup and saucer are both in excellent condition with no chips, cracks
or repairs.
From an estate and was displayed only, not used.

Description
For your consideration is this superb royal doulton tea cup and
matching saucer. The pattern is decidedly art deco, both the saucer
and and cup are lavishly gilt. The backstamp dates these pieces to the
1930's. Please see images provided for detailed pics and close up of
backstamp.
Condition: Tremendous. The colors are bright and true and there are no
chips, hairlines or stains. The gilt is also bright, in perfect
condition.
Measurements: cup: 3 x 3/4 inches, saucer: 5.5 inches in diameter
The successful bidder will be delighted.

INTERNATIONAL BIDDERS: Payment must be made by either PAYPAL, Western
Union Wire Transfer, or $USD cash well concealed in a envelope. To
assist in security, cash may be sent via registered post. I WILL NOT
accept US money orders, postal money orders, or checks.
AUSTRALIAN BIDDERS: Payment may be made by PAYPAL, Direct Bank Deposit,
Australia post money order, $USD and $AU cash is also accepted.
Please note that while every effort is made to pack goods securely and
extremely safely, I will not be held responsible for parcels once they
are deposited at the post office. I strongly advise insurance for
