What to do if I win?
* If you have won an action please use eBay's "CHECKOUT" Facility -
all our banking and postal details are available here on-line at
anytime. EBay's "CHECKOUT" contains all the details and
instructions required for you to complete the transaction right
away!
* Please ensure your eBay ID is used as the deposit
reference/description for all direct deposit and internet transfer
payments. DO NOT just use the auction lot number as we may have
multiple buyers for any given auction - your unique EBay ID will
ensure we can easily identify your payment. Please email us all
deposit details once you have completed it.
* All items will automatically be sent to your eBay registered
postal address - it is the buyers responsibility to make sure

Shipping / Handling and Combined Postage
* Winning bidder to pay for all postage and handling cost (P&H). P&H
costs are stated in all our auctions.
* If you win multiples of our auctions, we are happy to combine them
and save you money on postage and handling. You pay the full
amount for the most expense P&H and then all the remaining
auctions lot's P&H is half the stated cost. The more you buy the

* All items are sent using standard Parcel Post (through Australia
Post) unless otherwise specified / requested. This service is not
traceable or insured.
* Registered Post, which is traceable and insured is optional and
recommended if the item is of high importance / value. Just let
us know if these services is required. Service charges apply.
* Australia Post are generally very reliable however, we accept no
responsibility for lost/damaged items if item is not sent
registered post.
* Items are usually shipped the following business day upon payment
confirmation. Transit time is 1 - 7 business days depend on
buyer's location.
Warrantee
* All new items sold by us carry a 90 day warrantee unless otherwise
stated. The warrantee period starts on the day the auction ends or
date when the item was purchased with "buy it now" feature.
* The warrantee covers manufacturing faults and workmanship only -
it does not cover misuse or abuse of items by users.
* We will repair, replace or refund the item at our decreation
during the warrantee period.
* For all repair/warrantee claims, the buyer is responsible for all
shipping costs to get the item/s to and from our Sydney office -
no exceptions. We will not send back items unless the return
postage has been paid / pre-paid.
* Items found to be Dead On Arrival (DOA), will be replaced with a
new item only if it is reported to us within 14 days of purchase
date. The buyer is responsible for postage costs to get the item/s
to us, we will send back the new item at our expense.
* No warrantee of any sort applies on used/old items sold, used/old
items are sold strictly "as-is".
