We email all winners within 24 hours of auction close and always
return emails queries within a day. We are very flexible if you let us
know you are still bidding or what is happening, communication is the
key. Therefore we ask all winners to make contact within 3 days of
receiving your account with any changes to postage details & all
transactions completed within 10 days, except with prior arrangements.

French Kitty Lourve Dress - Extra Size Small (8) RRP $119.95 at Myer

This stunning dress is baby pink and white striped with pink and white
polka dotted trim along the top and on the matching belt. It is made
from lightweight, high quality cotton/elastine. It features a matching
tie up belt and has an embroidered pale pink "French Kitty" Kitty and
the left hand side (just visable in the photo). It closes with a zip
along the side and has an elasticised insert in the back of the top
trim to keep it in place. It has darts in the bust and along the front
to fit perfectly to your figure, it is designed to be slim fitting
but not tight. This dress is styled with the current 1950's trend in
mind, think Nicole Kidman in "The Stepford Wifes". This is an amazing
dress, which is dressy enough to wear to the races and x-mas party,
but due to light colour it looks equally great for day or night
functions. Don't miss out on this dress, they sold out in stores
almost as soon as they came in. I don't know if you can find them in
other states, but Adelaide stores have already sold out. I have a
total of 6 dresses (XS, S, M & L), and can not get any more in. For
anyone not familiar with this label, French Kitty's main selling point
is it's attention to details on the finishing of the garments. You
will not be disappointed with any of our French Kitty clothes, if for

French Kitty as a label tends to run small. If you are between sizes
always go for the size up, eg if the listing says 10, but you are a
10-12, please go for a size 12.

Return & Exchange Policy.........
Returns on items that have not been used or worn by you: If you are
unhappy with your purchase for any reason you may return it to us
within 14 days to receive a full refund of the purchase price. Postage
will not be refunded unless we have made an agreed error, i.e. wrong
colour or size sent. Refunds will only be granted on items returned to
us in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, all tags still
attached.
Returns on items that have been used or worn: We will not exchange or
refund on new clothing that has been used or worn. If you find a
factory fault, you may return your item within 14 days for inspection.
If a manufacturing fault is found, the item will be replaced or
refunded. If no manufacturing fault is found or if the fault has been
caused by you then the item will be returned to you. In the case of a
dispute, we reserve the right to send any item with a claimed
manufacturing fault back to our supplier for further consideration by
the factory, you may be without your item for several weeks if this
was to occur. Any new items that have been listed as factory 2nds,
will not be exchanged or refunded, this will be clearly stated in the
listing.
Exchanges: We are happy to exchange your item for a different size or
colour, if we have what you are after in stock. Exchanges will only be
accepted on items returned to us in their original condition, unworn
and unwashed, all tags still attached. You must include a stamped self
addressed post bag or prepaid stachel for your new item to be sent out
in.
For hygiene reasons, that there is absolutely no refunds or
exchanges on underwear or swimwear. The only exception to this is in
the rare instance of a manufacturers fault in the product, these are
dealt with on a case to case basis, as to comply with consumer laws.
