French Kitty....We only sell this season's summer 2004 range,
exactly the same as is in stores now!!
French Kitty Classic Capri Pants - Size Large (14) RRP $89.95 at
Myer (as priced 19/10/04) - Our Price only $79.95 - Limited Stock!
These stunning capri pants and designed like a classicly taylored pair
of trousers except they are done in a 3-4 length. The have a flat
front to be extra flattering, with a zip and then two buttons to
close. All of the buttons feature the words "French Kitty" twice on
them. There are four belt loops, two front and two back, which all
have "FK" embroidered onto them. The belt loops also feature French
Kitty buttons. I have added a lightened close up of the front of the
pants to show this detail. There are no pockets. The inside of the
waist features a pale pink lining with white dots and black bows
printed on. While this can't be seen when wearing the pants, it does
give them that something extra, it is the sort of finishing details
that French Kitty are famous for. The cuffs of the pants are turned
up, this has been sewn on each side, so they won't come down unless
you were to cut the stitching.They are made from high quality
cotton/elastine. There truely gorgeous pants, a real investment piece,
as they will not go out of style. They can be easily dressed up or
down and can take you from a formal event, to a more casual day event.
For anyone not familiar with this label, French Kitty's main selling
point is it's attention to details on the finishing of the garments.

French Kitty as a label tends to run small. If you are between sizes
always go for the size up, eg if the listing says 10, but you are a
10-12, please go for a size 12.

Return & Exchange Policy.........
Returns on items that have not been used or worn by you: If you are
unhappy with your purchase for any reason you may return it to us
within 14 days to receive a full refund of the purchase price. Postage
will not be refunded unless we have made an agreed error, i.e. wrong
colour or size sent. Refunds will only be granted on items returned to
us in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, all tags still

Returns on items that have been used or worn: We will not exchange or
refund on new clothing that has been used or worn. If you find a
factory fault, you may return your item within 14 days for inspection.
If a manufacturing fault is found, the item will be replaced or
refunded. If no manufacturing fault is found or if the fault has been
caused by you then the item will be returned to you. In the case of a
dispute, we reserve the right to send any item with a claimed
manufacturing fault back to our supplier for further consideration by
the factory, you may be without your item for several weeks if this
was to occur. Any new items that have been listed as factory 2nds,
will not be exchanged or refunded, this will be clearly stated in the

Exchanges: We are happy to exchange your item for a different size or
colour, if we have what you are after in stock. Exchanges will only be
accepted on items returned to us in their original condition, unworn
and unwashed, all tags still attached. You must include a stamped self
addressed post bag or prepaid stachel for your new item to be sent out
in.
For hygiene reasons, that there is absolutely no refunds or
exchanges on underwear or swimwear. The only exception to this is in
the rare instance of a manufacturers fault in the product, these are
dealt with on a case to case basis, as to comply with consumer laws.
