Payment

If payment is still not received after the non-paying bidder alert has
been issued negative feedback will be left.
Please remember to leave a description with your payment so I can link
your payment to your item and get your item posted to you straight

This avoids any unnecessary and timely delays and hassles.
Fees
I do charge a small packaging fee to cover packaging expenses.
If you are concerned how much postage will be please email me before
the auction ends with your postcode and I can work out the total cost
for you.
Shipping
I SHIP WITHIN AUSTRALIA ONLY.
I try and keep postage costs down but prices vary depending on your
location - and the size, amount of items and weight.
NOT ALL ADDRESSES IN THE CHECKOUT SCREEN ARE UP-TO-DATE - I WILL NOT
POST TO AN UN-CONFIRMED ADDRESS.
I package items carefully to maximise protection of item in the mail.
If you are not prepared to pay the postage cost quoted and would like
the cheapest and least protective method - I hold no responsibility
for the condition the item will arrive in.
Registered mail for the small cost of $2.35 is strongly urged to
protect both buyer and seller in the rare but possible event of the
item getting lost or damaged in the mail.

Delivery
I will post item within 24 hours of payment being received.

I post items daily. I do not post on the weekends.
I will send you an email once I have posted your item to confirm item
is on its way.
Refunds & Returns
I offer NO refunds unless the item is not as described in the auction.

I endeavour to describe items to the best of my knowledge but am not
an expert - please do not expect me to be.

I will contact the buyer within 24 hours of auction end, the buyer is
to send me courtesy contact within 48 hours of auction end.
If you have not heard from me please assume I have not received your
email and either try again or call my mobile phone number which you
will find in the checkout screen.
Occassionally emails do not make it through, do not give up or get
abusive I can not control the server.
I do not go on line during the day on Saturday and do not go on line
at all on Sundays as I have a very busy life and have other matters
which call for my attention.
If you have an urgent matter you may call my mobile phone which if
switched off has an answering machine.
