1. Payment MUST receive within 7 days once auction is closed. I
will advise my bank or PayPal details via emails most of the time.
If I have not received any reply at time, I will follow up via
Ebay Invoice generated system. Please DO NOT send me any cheque,
money order or cashier’s order.
2. I prefer buyer pay directly into my ANZ Bank, Australia (AUD
ONLY) for Australia residential. PayPal (USD ONLY) is available
for International buyer ONLY. If buyer transfer WRONG amount via
PayPal, buyer will bear ALL expenses that PayPal deducted from my
PayPal account.
3. There are various items at my store. I do my very best to
describe as accurately as possible. All sales are final. No refund
or replacement is given just due to the items are not fit for your
sizes (Clothing) or cabinets (household items) or etc. All
dimensions are measured at the widest point. Some variations may
occur with hand-made products. Actual colours of items for sale
may be a different from what you see on this page due to
printing/scanning/photo-shooting varies. I am not a professional
photography. I try my best to take the best angle of the item or
scan an accurate picture.
4. I am not responsible for any items once I post (I always email
to inform the items are on the way to your door-step, unless I am
NOT in Australia). NO refund or replacement if you claim the item
is lost in the mail or damages that are caused in the post. It is
advisable to send by registered post at a cost of AUD2.40 extra.
5. I travel very often. If the auction closes at the time I am NOT
in Australia, I will still bring along the items with me and send
out as usual via normal airmail from overseas. But don’t worry,
I will still charge the postage/handling accordingly/nearest fees
for delivery within Australia. That is to say, I would not change
the shipping fees that indicated on the item page. It is difficult
sometimes to log onto my email overseas. Kindly forgive me if I do
not inform you for the delivery date. It takes about 3 to 14
business days to receive your parcels or items (depends the
country where I am). Thanks for your patience.
6. I am willing to combine shipping fees only up to 5 days from
1st auction won.
7. Human can make mistakes or error. Please let me know before
leaving negative feedback!
8. If you DO NOT wish to join the auction, I have many items that
