item has unique ISRC number. We do not sell any bootlegs. All items
are brand new and factory sealed.
Can I play the CD/DVD on my machine? - Usually Yes. If it can only be
played on certain machines, we will emphasize in the auction.
Do you sell to International customers? - We sell globally.

How much do I need to pay for insurance? What if I did not get my
items? - We guarantee every order, so there is no need to pay extra.
If the item is damaged or lost we will replace it.
What if I got a NPB warning? - It is nothing personal. We file payment
reminder in bulk every week. Thus even if you have send the payment,
you might still get one. You do not need to do anything. Once the
payment is received, I will update the information on eBay and will
send you an email as well.
What if you never reply my email? - We reply all emails, usually
