Are The Products For Sale, Genuine?
All products are brand new and precious gems, gold and silver are 100%
genuine, unless otherwise stated.
Photographs
Photographs show an enlarged version of the item for sale, so that you
can view the fine detail of the jewellery. Please refer to
‘Measurements’ (above) for actual sizes. All written measurements
are approximate and as close as possible within the limitations
imposed by the mountings.
ERP - Expected Retail Price
Any stated Expected Retail Prices (ERP) have been converted to $AU and
are based on prices provided by the US supplier. These retail prices
may have a slight variance from the usual Australian domestic retail
pricing system, they are not a valuation figure, however they are
provided to give you a general idea of the product’s price in retail
stores.
Payment
The accepted method of payment is by direct bank deposit, or mail
order if requested. A link will be provided in the ebay checkout with
the direct bank deposit details. Winning bidders should submit payment
within 5 days. Please only bid if you genuinely intend to purchase the
item.
Postage
Postage is only offered within Australia. The flat fee for regular
postage, packaging and handling is $4.50. Registered post, which
includes insurance, is recommended but optional ($2.35 extra) at the
expense of the purchaser. For the extra $2.35, registered post ensures
that if your item is lost or damaged in the post, Australia Post will
compensate you for the item’s full purchase price, this does not
occur with regular post. Extra insurance cover can be purchased for an
additional $1.10 per $100 or part-thereof. The seller does not accept
any responsibility for items lost or damaged by Australia Post.
Postage Discount
A postage discount will apply to any purchaser making multiple
purchases within 7 days of their first winning bid. This means up to
four items can be posted in the same package for the one fee of $4.50
or $6.85 with registered post, as long as the subsequent purchases are
made within 7 days of the first winning bid.
Feedback
Feedback is a great way to finalise a transaction. I endeavour to
leave feedback for all my customers within 5 days following postage of
the item. If you have any concerns whatsoever, before leaving neutral
or negative feedback please feel free to email me first as I'm only
too happy to maintain my commitment to customer service and
satisfaction.
Refunds & Returns
A no return/refund policy exists. However, should the purchaser (upon
receival of the goods) find a manufacturing fault with the product,
which has not been stated in the description, a full refund of the
purchase price will be awarded. Products undergo a thorough 10-point
quality inspection process prior to being listed for sale, so the
chance of a manufacturer's fault going undetected is extremely
minimal.
