Hardware Installation Guide

Items to be installed:
* A. body case
* B. 2.5" hard drive
* C. back cover with pc board
* D. screws

Install the hard drive to the IDE slot on the pc board (printed side
of the hard drive faces up; please refer to the picture shown below)

Insert the HD along with pc board into the body case

Screw the back cover firmly to the body case
[IMAGE]
Connect USB / IEEE 1394 and power cable to the external case (we
connect both FireWire and USB cables to the case as a sample, you'll
need only one of them)

When using USB interface, you only need to plug USB cable to the
enclosure (don't need to plug the power cable); and Connect both USB
plugs to the computer to obtain enough power; When using Firewire
interface, please plug both IEEE 1394 and power cable
