The Japanese raid on Pearl Harbour united all Americans against a
common foe, and from that day forward they spared nothing in order to
mobilise against the menace that continued to threaten them in the

by Ronald Reagan, which follows the first bombing raid on Tokyo by
B-29 Superfortress, and another WW2 short film, Air War Against Japan

December 7th - The Pearl Harbour Storywas banned by the US Government
for nearly 50 years. This special edition is now available; presenting
the fully restored, 82 minute version, with subtitles added to the
contoversial Japanese language sequences and special "behind the
scene" introduction.
This full length version stars Walter Huston as Uncle Sam and is set
in Honolulu on the day before the japanese attack. On Sunday morning,
December 7th, air squadrons appear, "swooping down like flights of
tiny locusts". The attack on Pearl Harbour, Americas first battle of
WW2, is vividly illustrated as only Hollywood can do.
