Due to the value of our jewellery, we send all our items via
registered and fully insured post, which is $9.00 anywhere in
Australia and $20.00 Worldwide. We find this a much more secure way
and is also easier to track.
CAN I COMBINE SHIPPING ?
All our auctions end on Friday and Saturday . All items that you win
during that one week period, will all be charged at the postage and
handling fee of one item. All auctions won on the following week, will
be charged for the postage and handling fee separately.
WHEN WILL MY ITEM BE SENT ?
Items will be sent on the day payment is received or the next working
day. You will receive feedback on your Ebay profile, so that you will
know payment has been received and that your item has been sent.
WHAT IF I DON’T RECEIVE MY ITEM ?
If you have not received your item within ten days, please contact us
immediately so that we can launch an enquiry with Australia Post,
using the registered Post reference number given to us when your item
was posted. We only keep the reference numbers for two weeks from the
day the item was posted. So if you contact us after the two weeks, we
may not be able to recover your item, as we will not have the
reference number available. We also advise that you keep all receipts
of all your purchases with us, so that in the event that an item is
lost, we can prove to Australia Post the amount you paid for your
item, so that we can get a full refund and resend the same item or
refund your money.
