I do believe in giving “good†customer service whenever possible
which is reflected in my feedback, please take the opportunity to
browse through and note that you are dealing with an honest and
trustworthy person who cares. Please take the time to look in my EBAY
store as well for many more great items on sale.
* A lot of people think taking your jewellery to a jeweller will be
enough of an "appraisal" to inform you of the worth of your item.
In fact, this equates to taking your old car to a dealership and
asking the salesman "How much is my car worth?" - you can expect a
very poor estimate. It is advisable to find an independent
appraiser and if not available, another approach would be to take
your item into a jeweller and ask him or her to give you a piece
similar to the one that you have. Keeping in mind variables such
as carat weight and quality - our guess is that you will be quoted
a lot more than what you paid on eBay - if not more!
All of my items are from the one supplier who is very reputable, if
for some unknown reason the jewellery is incorrectly stated I have a
limited time to receive a refund so I am very careful to inspect the
goods upon arrival for any faulty items.
I am NOT a jeweller BUT I do love buying it which is why I am a
reseller of such good quality jewellery.
The RRP quoted on the items is NOT a valuation but a “recommended
retail price†in USD (United States Currency) which the supplier
provides.
Ring sizes are all stated in US terms, please see the below guide for
the conversion into Australian sizes.
PLEASE NOTE: Check with your local jeweler BEFORE attempting to resize
any of the items, my supplier does suggest sometimes that various
rings can be resized up or down 1 or 2 sizes. Please be aware that I
give no guarantee that this is indeed possible and will not be held
responsible if the ring is damaged due to resizing so before bidding
please take this into account.
Please do not bid if you are not sure of your correct size, I would
hate for you to be disappointed. I am more than happy to assist in
whatever way possible so please do email me should you have any
questions about any of my items for sale.
Postage –
Normal postage and handling for jewellery - $5.50
Registered postage and handling for jewellery - $8.50
Normal postage and handling for watches - $8.00
Registered postage and handling for watches - $10.00
Registered & Insured postage and handling - $12.00 all inclusive
(either jewellery or watches) no matter how expensive the item.
I strongly recommend registering your items as I am unable to assist
you otherwise if the parcel is lost.
All bidders will be notified that the package has been posted the day
I do so but if it is sent normal post I will not be held responsible
for non delivery.
Only too happy to combine postage, please let me know asap if you wish
to have me hold back on sending items if you are bidding on others and
want them sent together.
At the end of the auction please click on checkout to be advised of my
bank details. Contact is to be made within 3 days. Payment is due
within 7 days of auction end.
I prefer DIRECT DEPOSIT but will accept money orders and payment via
Paypal. Be aware that if you use Paypal there are extra costs incurred
for you the buyer, normally approx 3% of the price paid.
