US Valuations may vary from Australian Valuations. What we have given
you, if a RRP (Recommended Retail Price) if shown, is the
“Recommended Retail Price†supplied by our US Supplier.
The majority of our jewellery doesn’t come with a “Written
Valuationâ€, unless otherwise stated. These assessments are done by a
top reputable American firm and are what they assess as “Recommended
Retail Prices†according to US values.
Our jewellery is of a very high quality and allows the consumer to
purchase exquisite jewellery at a fraction of its value, which makes
it affordable to all.
To have a written valuation on each item would incur a fee of $40.00
per item, which we are NOT prepared to provide (unless otherwise
offered on some items as advertised) as our profits are minimal.
ABOUT US

Our aim is to provide our customers with quality jewellery at a
fraction of its worth. We don’t put a big profit on a set price. Our
set prices are not much above what we have been able to purchase the
items for. We shop carefully so that we can pass the savings onto the
consumer and hopefully, have a quick turnover.
We hope you will give us a chance and keep watching our auctions so
that we will be around for a long time to come to provide you with
beautiful quality jewellery at a humungous saving!
We have taken some of our jewellery into our local Jeweller and he has
been stunned at its quality.
The majority of Australian jewellery appears to be over-priced and
dowdy in appearance and colour in comparison to the American
jewellery.
We import from America and pay the GST and Customs Taxes and we carry
the cost of the GST on our sales.
SOME COMMENTS FROM CUSTOMERS
----------------------------
We have had the odd customer saying that sometimes we begin our prices
to high. Our explanation for this is that we purchase the product and
then we have to pay shipping costs on top of this. Above all, we have
to pay GST and Custom Taxes of 16% on the overall cost of each item.
Our profit margin in very minimal, especially on the items that may
begin at $400 and above. Our aim is to provide a good selection of
Jewellery to the customers and we carry the GST on the sales instead
of adding the GST like so many Sellers do.
As much as we would like to start everything off at a $1.00 bid, it
just wouldn’t be a viable acquisition. We hope you can understand
this.
If you walked into the Jewellers here to purchase the same stock that
we carry, you would be paying a great deal more and you wouldn’t get
near the same quality, so please think about this before commenting on
“receiving bargainsâ€.
Wouldn't you love to give the woman of your dreams a ring that she
thought you'd spend thousands on whereas in actual fact, it cost you
only hundreds??
To us, that's a bargain!!!!
TERMS OF PAYMENT

Your bid is a contract. Please don’t place a bid unless you’re
serious about purchasing the item. Payment by winning bidder is to be
made within 3 working days of end of auction. All bids are final.
Please do not bid if you’re not a serious bidder as this can result
in your suspension from Ebay!
PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS

Payment to be made by Direct Deposit to Vendor’s Bank Account, Bank
Cheque or Australia Post Money Order.
All items are forwarded to the Customer by Registered Post, which
includes the first $100.00 Insurance. Any further insurance is $1.25
per every $100.00 thereafter.
Customers will be advised of a Registration Number on the dispatching
of their purchase.
POSTAGE & NOTIFICATION OF MONIES RECEIVED
Postage is done every Friday of each Week.
Customers will be notified of any payments received on Fridays and
their items will be posted out that same day.
Items of a substantial amount preferably to be sent by AUSTRALIA POST
EXPRESS PLATINUM – This is guaranteed delivery within 24 – 48
hours and is to be signed for by customer or nominated person. This
form of delivery provides more security and faster delivery.
RETURN POLICY

Merchandise refund is given only on returns made within 7 business
days of the original receiving date if there is a manufacturers fault.
Our items are inspected before dispatching, so chances of this are
virtually nil.
Some items may have minor flaws, which are stated in the description,
so please read all descriptions carefully.

Shipping and handling costs are not refundable.
